On Thursday 23 February 2022, Vietnam’s Graduates from Australia Club (VGAC) and Study Melbourne co-organized the Livestream #AlumniSharing “Australian Coffee Culture & Barista Training for Students” with the sharing from DANG THE LAN – Founder of The Lovely Cup O’ Coffee and Managing Director of Saigon 90s Bistro & Ca Phe Anh Hai Sai Gon.
The Lan holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Information Systems at Central Queensland University, Australia. During his study at Central Queensland University, he used to work in specialty cafes in Melbourne, making amazing coffee and latte arts at Sensory Lab, St Ali …. He came third place in Southern Region Latte Art Championship in 2013.
The Lan returned to Vietnam after six years of studying and working in Melbourne as a assistant business analysist and coffee trainer. Now he is running The Lovely Cup O’ Coffee Training Center to provide barista training to students who want to find a part-time job during their stay in Australia and other countries oversea.
