Kookaburra Chatter – The inaugural issue of the bulletin of VGAC.
What is Kookaburra? – A kookaburra is a bird and is related to the Kingfisher. It has a small body but powerful beak and neck. More interestingly, it can laugh. Naming our bulletin after this Australian native bird was an initiative of Mr. Tom Calma, AEI Counsellor in Vietnam, to symbolize a dynamic, fun and special group.
