In the Livestream, Danny Nguyen and Khoi Nguyen delivered a great sharing of the following topics:

– Commercial Photographer – Who are you?

– Types of Commercial Photography

–  What does a Commercial Photographer do on a day to day basis?

– The journey becoming a Commercial Photographer.

– Qualification for a Commercial Photography?

Khoi Nguyen is a photographer, a filmmaker based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Khoi Nguyen graduated from RMIT University Vietnam, Bachelor of Design (with Distinction).

Khoi loves all the beauty around him: the light, the shadow, the nature, the people, the moments, etc. Observing and capturing with his camera is his passion.

Danny Nguyen, with an educational background from overseas, majored in Art, Film – digital imaging and Graphic Design, is currently working multiple jobs at the same time: a photographer specializing in commercial shoots, fashion photos for brands; a DOP in a series of reality TV shows, TVC… Additionally, Danny also acts the roles of a teacher at a number of major universities in the city as well as spokesperson at a number of photography workshops. Right from the first days back to Vietnam, Danny emerged as a new phenomenon in the industry as a “wizard of light”. He states, “Light knows how to tell the story itself in a picture. With every slight change in light, you discover a different story, a different level. So in photography, learning about light is an important and non-stop exploration. My job as a good photographer is to simply use light to bring out the beauty of the image in a full circle.”
