In March 2014, ten beloved VGAC Hanoi members joined a private cooking lesson with full of excitement and fun on a beautiful Saturday morning. Three courses included Banana Flower Salad (Nộm hoa chuối), La Vong Fish (Chả cá Lã Vọng) and Cream Caramel (Bánh Flan) were introduced to the participants.
