On Saturday 25 June 2022, the Grand Final of #SHINEWITHAUSTRALIA BARISTA SKILLS 2022 was held in HCMC.
#ShinewithAustralia Barista Skills Competition 2022 (www.vgac.net/swa2022) which is a part Taste of Australia 2022 is organised by Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) and supported by Vietnam’s Graduates from Australia Club (VGAC). The main objectives of this competition:
- Promote Australian quality skill training in F&B and hospitality through alumni and Australian training providers.
- Raise public awareness of Australian coffee culture through product showcasing and tasting, as part of Taste of Australia 2022 series.
- Connect business between Australia and Vietnam for education and import opportunities
#ShinewithAustralia Barista Skills Competition 2022 has 02 rounds:
- Online round: from 12/5/2022 to 04/6/2022.
- Final round: Saturday 25/6/2022 in Ho Chi Minh City.
All contestants registered to the Online round submitted a video clip with 2 cups of 2 different patterns from Heart – Tulip – Rosetta – Swan.
16 contestant’s submission with the highest score competed in the Final round on Saturday 25 June 2022.
